Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide, depending on your location. You can track your order via our Order Tracker.
Please rest assured, taxes and duties are already covered and paid by Travelwear Amsterdam. During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple of days. The estimated delivery time:

- Canada, Australia, NZ — 5-12 business days*
- Rest of Europe — 3-13 business days*
- Asia, South America — 5-13 business days*
- All other countries — 5-15 business days*
*Custom clearances may affect shipping delays in some orders / we are experiencing a high number of orders which may cause a slight delay in fulfillment time.
Returns / Swap item(s)
We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your clothing items. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or any other piece of clothing from our collection, please contact us at info@travelwearamsterdam.com.
Important notice
- During sale periods, items are only available for exchange and are non-refundable.
Items can be returned if they are unworn, unused, and still in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to decline any returns if the item does not meet our return policy.
A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.
How to return?
1. Notify us at info@travelwearamsterdam.com to get the return address.
2. Print your order confirmation and include it in the package.
3. Send the package with your local carrier to our return address.
We will refund your money within 5 business days.
Cancelling order / Wrong address
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 5 hours of placing them. Due to automatic processing with our suppliers, we cannot extend this window. Please send an email as soon as possible to info@travelwearamsterdam.com.
